Williams Sonoma is offering a series of free cooking classes this January as part of its January Skills Series: Global Flavors. Designed to help participants recreate popular Chinese restaurant dishes at home, these classes highlight the Williams Sonoma Asian Pantry Collection and provide step-by-step guidance.
Each class takes place on Sunday at 11 a.m. and features a different dish:
- January 5: Participants will learn to make Orange Chicken & Rice using the Braising Sauce and GreenPan Rice Cooker.
- January 12: The focus will be on Dumplings & Dan Dan Noodles, featuring Dim Sum and Dan Dan Noodle Sauces.
- January 19: Attendees will prepare sweet and spicy General Tso’s Chicken with Brown Rice.
- January 26: The series concludes with a vibrant Weeknight Stir-Fry made with a variety of proteins and vegetables.
These free classes are available at all Williams Sonoma locations. Reservations are required, and space is limited. To make your reservation click here.
