If you bought certain Robitussin products labeled “Non-Drowsy” between February 16, 2016, and January 21, 2025, you may be eligible for a small payment from a $4.5 million settlement.
A lawsuit claimed the products were misleading because they contain an ingredient that can cause drowsiness. The company denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle. They will stop using the “Non-Drowsy” label.
Payments are estimated to be $1.50 to $4.75 per claim, but the final amount depends on how many people file. The settlement is not yet final. More details, including how to file a claim, are in the official notice.
